- Look after your heart: Perform aerobic exercise and stretching (yoga). Consult the cardiologist is a healthy recommendation.
- Avoid smoking and excess liquor.
- Laboratory examinations once a year: Complete hematology, glucose, urea, creatinine, transaminases, lipid profile, urine. (Other tests would be indicated by you internist). These tests can detect early general health status. Dismiss or treat diseases in a timely manner.
